Customer Service:
Customer service and technical support are available by telephone (800-818-1511), FAX (608-836-1840) and email (cti @ CTIinfo.com).

Delivery Schedule:
Equipment is normally shipped within thirty days after receipt of a purchase order.  Shorter delivery times can generally be accommodated, particularly for standard product line items.

Shipping Methods:
All items are shipped from Middleton, Wisconsin.  The standard method of shipment is UPS Ground,  unless the customer specifies otherwise.  The quoted prices do not include shipping charges or taxes.  These items will be invoiced separately.

Terms:
Domestic US Orders: 
A 50% payment is required with the order.  The balance is due 30 days after the final invoice date.  A monthly late payment fee of 1.5% will be added to all invoices that remain unpaid thirty days after invoicing.

The 50% advance payment requirement may be waived for governmental and educational customers.

Orders may be shipped COD if requested.

Payment can be made by company check, MasterCard or Visa.

International Orders: 
Full payment in advance is required with the order.  
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be paid via the customer's shipper or agent using the customer's account.

Warranty:
All equipment furnished by CTI is covered by a one-year limited warranty.  Equipment must be returned to CTI for warranty repairs.  The customer is responsible for the payment of shipping expenses in both directions.

Repairs:
Repair service for out-of-warranty equipment is available from CTI for a nominal charge.
